We create innovative and cutting-edge quality solutions for van Furniture, accessible solutions to all and intended for those who need to optimize their professionalism by providing impeccable service and in compliance with the regulations in force concerning the circulation of vehicles as well as with respect for the environment, a subject this last one to which GEMA S.r.l. has always been very attentive and sensitive, making sure that the solution of the raw materials used for its Outfitting Systems was exclusively aimed by ECO-FRIENDLY and 100% recyclable products.

One of the main GEMA® products peculiarities (all GS-TUV certified) is the one to be made with an innovative production system that allows to manufacture a very high quality extruded aluminum products at costs almost similar to those of competitive products made in Iron.

This peculiarity is determined by the fact of having studied and created our own production line which consists in cutting simple extruded aluminum profiles, disengaging from a traditional production system made of various process such as, shearing, bending, spot welding, welding, washing and painting.

This innovative Production Process System allows to create light and sturdy Outfitting Systems, avoiding critical points such as folds, with the same costs as the Iron Made Outfitting Systems but with also another excellent peculiarity, the one to reduce immediately and considerably the Vehicles costs for the Fuel and the Maintenance.

GOODS LOAD RETAINING HOOKS:

Stainless steel plates fitted using the OEM (Original Equipment Manufactuer) hooks without drilling the vehicle floor to provide extra fitting holes.

Shock resistatn Polypropylene lining.
