A practical and protected easy passage system was created and implemented for the Driver access in the load compartment.
This system is installed by replacing the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Bulkhead and is aimed at optimizing workflows in the goods unloading phase, facilitating the Driver’s operations and reducing both work time and the risks associated with road accidents or theft.
The dividing Bulkhead is made of EXTRUDED ANODIZED ALUMINUM:
A precious material that guarantees the orginal sturdiness of the separation and does not excessively alter the tare of the vehicle and therefore the loading capacity of the vehicle.
The sliding door, also made in EXTRUDED ANODIZED ALUMINUM, guarantees the same advantages as per the permanent dividing Bulkhead.
It guarantees an ABSOLUTE SILENCE and elimantes any vibrations during travel thanks to a GEMA® system that compress the door between a lower wedge guide and an upper wedge guide generating a vice effect.
The Uprgith and the Shelving dimensions remain inside the Wheel cover leaving unchanged the usefull space between the two Wheels covers.
Shelving, which thanks by the use of aluminum and composite materials which they allows for greater residual capacity on the vehicle.
Shelving, which thanks by the use of extruded aluminum it allows a loading capacity of 100kg per shelf.
Shelving, guaranteed by the anodizing treatment that excludes attacks from atmospheric agents and therefore avoids the negative effects.
Scaffalatura, permessa dalla compressione che le molle a gas esercitano sui ripiani annullando così ogni piccolo rumore, grazie anche all’impiego di materiale composito fono-assorbente per i fondi.
Della scaffalatura, viene fissata al veicolo
utilizzando i fori originali dello stesso rendendo il montaggio non invasivo.

Sliding rails with wedge profile (Male shape) coupled with grooved, cushioned and tensioned wheels (Female shape)
The GESPED shelving system has rounded smooth finish borders and rounded smooth finish contact parts.
1° The loading compartment access from the Driver cabin is simply done with the OPENING OF THE SLIDING DOOR PLACED ON THE BULKHEAD using the same Key as per the external doors (side door and rear door) locks.
2° Once opening the sliding door starts the CENTRAL LOCKING DOOR SYSTEM of the Driving Cockpit doors
and simultaneously ACTIVATES AN ACUSTIC ALERT reminding to the Driver the mandatory sliding door closing once he passed in the loading compartment.
3° The Led Lamp starts thanks to the MOTION SENSOR placed inside the loading compartment in order to allow the Driver to properly identify the parcel for which he is doing the delivery service.
4° Opening of the vehicle delivery door with ONE HAND thanks to the GEMA® patented device that unlock automatically and simultaneously the vehicle door and the ADDED OUTSIDE PADLOCK .

For this reason the installation of a Safe Box is a practice that is spreading day by day and after having noted this phenomenon and after having carefully analyzed this aspect, our Technical dept too decided to design various Security solutions.
